אבל גדול ומספד תמרורים
עפעפינו יזלו מים
אם הבנים נכטף[ה] היתה
מצאה המנוחה וכבר[?] אדמתה
אשה צנועה וישרה
בנשים מלחמה נתנה
לדלים ורשים[?]
מ מרים בת מנחם

English translation of epitaph:
Passed away on the shabbat on 5th of Shvat (5)696
Heartbreak and woeful weeping
Our eyelids flow in water
Mother of children was cut
Found rest in the ground
Modest and honest woman
From her bread gave to poor
Ms. Miryam daughter of Menahem, their rest is in the Paradise
May her soul be bound in the bundle of life
